Easy security card access and intercom system always worked without problems. Underground carpark with doors & lifts directly to each building was large, easy to drive in, enough visitor parking (although managers tended to be a bit too strict, sometimes having visitor cars towed away if they were there overnight!). Only a pool (a great one though) and one bbq, no gym. Quality of unit was excellent.
