The stairwell is very noisey and you will definately hear your neighbours come home after a late night on the town. Great if you want to hear your neighbours being intimate. 28/11/2007 Current resident 2006 - Rating... I have lived in a 3 bdrm loft and now live in a one bedroom. The Cannery apartments are very small comparitively to other apartments in the area. The insulation quality is poor as these apartments heat up very easily. However I would definately rate the SOCIAL SCENE at the Cannery with the pool being the no. 1 place to be. If you dont know people the Cannery is definately a great place to meet new, chilled out friends. 19/11/2007 Former resident 2005 - 2006 Rating... top floor 3 bedroom units have good ventilation, however, loft bedrooms make apartment very noisy. Sound from kitchen/lounge is very loud in upstairs bedrooms. Generally noise travels from neighbouring units. Gym facility is okay, basic equipment only. Pool is good for swimmers.
