There is no gym in this building. The pool and the river close by is the big drawcard as well as the historic building we are in. Street parking in not good as many local residents are too lazy to park in their building carparks and use the street. Management used to be on-site seven days a week but current ones have cut that right back and are never seen around the building and show no interest apart from running a business!

Can't say I've seen a gym while I've been here but the management haven't been very good at all. We even had to ask where the garbage rooms were - there was nothing to tell us about the facilities when we moved in. It takes them days to get back to us about anything and then they'll only answer one issue and ignore another. The parking isn't great with being in another building but it's secure and most of it is undercover so it's not all bad. There's usually space in the guest park too. The common area echos like crazy when people come in at 2am on a Saturday morning. We're on the ground floor so don't have to walk up the stairs but would be hard for people moving. The view of the river is pretty incredible though and the breeze is awesome and the building is right next to a bus terminus and a ferry stop. The floors and walls aren't very good though. We hear the people upstairs a fair bit (we think they have a dog too - something's prancing around up there) and the guy next door snores so bad we can't have th

This apt building is great if you're on the river side - we have excellent river views and can hear the lapping water when it's quiet. The restaurant downstairs does 2for1 for residents and is excellent. On the downside, the building does not have a lift, so it's all about stairs (great when moving- not!). Common areas are not covered so you get pretty wet when it rains. The car park is in a separate building to the apts and is a major issue when you've done a grocery shop (especially if it's also raining!). Management is hardly ever available - but when you can get in touch, they're pretty helpful.
