This boutique residential tower of 48 apartments over 10 floors gives residents the convenience of inner city living combined with the peaceful outlook onto Haig Park from the two bedroom units or fantastic city and mountain views from the one bedroom units. I currently live in a one bedroom/bathroom unit that has cotemporary styling and open plan living areas with big windows that let in lots of natural light this is in contrast compared to other recent city apartment developments that seem quite dark. Braddon is an up and coming trendy shopping/bar/ restaurant area in Canberra and is just across the road. I really like the boutique style of the building that there are only five apartments per floor as compared to the much larger recent developments around the city. The block always seems so quiet and you never here noise from ajoining apartments or the block in general. The down side is there is no swimming pool or gym in the building but the big city gyms and pools are only 10 mins away.
