Everything is falling apart. Quality is terrible to say the least. Building is not maintained well. Common areas are never cleaned. A shocking noisey place to live. Car has been broken into 3 times in the 'secure' carpark. You certainly don't get what you pay for here. Save your sanity and don't buy in this building it's not worth the money.
