'Temple Court' initially looked like a good investment - it wasn't. The original building itself is fantastic, which is why we bought, but in living in the building we found the fixtures poor, the facilities sub-standard and an unresponsive and hostile body corporate. While the address has its merits, after two years in residence my wife and I decided to lease the property and buy in Fitzroy North. We have since attempted to resell the property, but have been unhappy and further frustrated by the depressed resale offers for the supposed 'valuable address' of '422 Collins Street'. I wouldn't encourage buying or investing in 'Temple Court'.
