Although having an interesting design, the practicality of the curved layout can be brought into question. Why not have a completely square building which would allow current residents to have more space?....... thats right, because it wouldn't look as appealing to people who don't look into the building. Although the facilities and security of the building are fantastic (great gym, sauna, steam room), the quality of the fixtures and fittings (which look great) can be brought into question. Personally, when paying more then a million for any property, I at least expect blinds to be put in - and not to my personal expense (As they were) - then to be further slapped in the face by having to make them to the body corporates specifications ! The walls are paper thin and non-acoustic which means any noises made reverberate throughout the whole apartment. Although apartment to apartment noise is to a minimum, although I know the people above me once through a party on the bass was booming quite late.
