 		Lovely views but rubbish stink on hot days horrible. Airconditioning good one day, bad the next. Concierges not pro active. Banging doors a huge problem. Gym and Pool great . sauna never hot enough to be useful. Wonderful location and great security in the carpark.

 		Good first experience living in an apartment in the city. Have decided to purchase and would purchase here, but nothing available, which speaks volumes. Lifts are annoying, with doors closing early and leaving long queues waiting to get up to apartments
