This apartment is not new. Bathrooms have mold and the kitchen is not so clean. My unit is fully furnished although most facilities are old and not energy effective. But the good thing is that you can ask the manager to fix the problems. The manager is very kind and friendly. Probably it is often the case with other apartments that you can't contact the manager after the office hour. So when a problem happens at night or on weekend, you have to wait. I wish the each door in the rooms had an outside lock since we share the unit.
