Not sure which river place the other reviewer was living in! The security here is excellent, with video cameras at numerous locations on common property. Security tags are required to gain access to the building and residents are only permitted to access their own floor. The entrance foyer is impressive and kept spotlessly clean. Outside, there is a 2 x bbq area that can be hired (free of charge) with excellent views over the river and city. There is a full sized lap-pool (one lane wide) and also a spa. Inside on the ground floor, a gym and a sauna are available for use. There is a small library area and also, a billiards room on level 1. Parking is great, with adequate visitors spaces with stays limited to 4hrs. Most apartments have their own private car-space, and the basement plan is pretty spacious in comparison to other buildings. Only the 'k' type apartments in this building do not have river views. 95% of apartments have great views along two stretches of the brisbane river, and also th

Not a great building. The physical construction is very poor - despite being only a few years old, it is falling apart. Power cuts and plumbing problems are frequent. Many residents are renters and there isn't much sense of community.
