An excellent building. 24 hour front desk, and security access to each floor. pool, spa, sauna and gym. Building is kept in tip-top condition. Views of Botanical Gardens and river. On-site restaurant.

2004 - 2005 Rating...
Quite an old building. Its been kept in great condition. Also used as a hotel. So it can get a little noisy.
