Well maintained complex. Units are spacious - with little outside noise; car parking and storage - outstanding; Springhill Market Plaza is next door.

Nice apartments with a property manager who really cares about the type of people who live there. Mostly corporate types, meaning a quiet building and well looked after facilities. The pool and bbq area on the rooftop is a lovely surprise.

Very nice apartments but could do with a little more storage room. Double glazed glass is a must to muffle the sounds of the trucks delivering to the supermarket.

An overall good location with the city very accessible and amenities such as supermarket behind. The only downside is the noise from the major Ann St. Double glazing windows a must.
