My corporate clients are always happy @ Metro 21, walking distance to offices is great, close to everything, very comfortable, very clean, helpful management, who act quickly with any maintenance issues. Prefer to deal with Building Managers directly instead of agents.

Located near to the Queensland University of Technology, it is an ideal place for students, especially for those who are sharing a unit. Units have a modern theme, and bathrooms are hotel-quality. Excellent view of the city below, especially during dawn and dusk.

An excellent place to live. Professional and efficient management team and good mix of tenants. Building is kept clean and well maintained. Apartments are handed over in excellent condition. Proximity to shopping, transport and entertainment is fantastic. Couldnt ask for much more.

Well located near the Casino and Gardens. Great building managers and a mix of owners and tenants. Good facilities including a professionally equipped gym. Units are well finished and fitted out with top quality fittings. While in the centre of the city, it is surrounded by office buildings so no noise.

New Building, often overlooked as it has fewer apartments -- 4 apartments per floor. Excellent quality. 2 bedroom apartments are large, with 3 bathrooms. Large balcony. Good views. Pool on level 5 and skygarden entertainment area on level 26.
