Nice apartment building in a low key area of the CBD yet still close for the Golden Triangle. Central station 3 mins walking. The Queen Street and Valley Malls are both walking distance - around the 10 minute mark. Scan-Card access to floors is needed, as it is for carpark access too. Doors are dead bolted and are fireproof, which also makes them close to noise proof. Built in 2004, Lexicon has larger than average bedroom sizes with 5 or 6 differing plans.

It was close to the city and valley. My apartment, a 2 bedroom was a bit small. I think there is better value out there in the city.
