Mostly Owner occupiers of a professional nature - so neighbours really quiet. classy atmosphere, Building undergoing major refurb new security system, new gym equipment and soon with the painting of the exterior, new furniture in foyers, and redecoration. Well looked after building.

new on-site management very good; best location, exits to city, river and own gardens; all river units, no back rooms. Classy and elegant. Best in town for price/value.

Probably the best apartment in Brisbane, ideal location, excellent views and access to all city facilities in a heartbeat whilst be that comfortable distance from the city traffic, noise and worries. However, over zealous on-site management.

Has to be the best location in the city. Grand views for every resident. Spacious apartments and great security. Quiet yet friendly residents. Classy and elegant with good facilities.
