I place corporate clients in this building because I know they will have a quality apartment and the managers will provide a serviced apartment if required. The managers will go out of their way to make our clients feel welcome.

Owner 1 bed investment apartments, corporate let through onsite management. The Managers are professional and are pro-active in ensuring units are maintained to a high standard, this means excellent rental returns and quality corporate tenants. I like the equal mix of owner occupiers and corporate tenants for stability. A Quality building on the river.

Large apartment (two bedrooms - over 130 sqm!), great views, quiet building. Excellent location.

Getting a little tired now. Due for a revamp soon i think. Great place to live. Very quiet. Great views too.
