AQ the best apartment building on the river, 5 star foyer and facilities, professional onsite Managers. No need to climb the Story Bridge,we have the views every day from our balcony. the stability of many long standing owner occupiers attracts good corporate tenants.

great in every way, walking distance to Central Station and the City Mall views over river don't think can be beaten, can't think of anywhere else I'd rather be.

We have lived in Admiralty Quayes for the past 12 months and found it to be very peaceful and enjoyable. Close but not too close to all city and Valley facilities so as not to suffer the noise of city life. We love the life.

The best in the city. The tower is in a great place. Unfortunately i didn't own mine, but will look there when i move back to brisbane. Best part was there is very little noise. Most people are owners and very quiet.
