There have been issues in the past with overcrowding in this building which have led to a series of other problems. Pleased to say that this issue is now being dealt with. Overall a great place to stay.

A great place to live. Central to everything, the QBV, Central Station. A handy lock up cage for the push bike and a car space..quality fittings, swimming pool and Golf simulator..Coles Supermarket underneath with other shops and restaurants.What a place to live in Sydney! I rarely needed to drive anywhere.

Great building. Lobby has a lovely airy feel and security staff are helpful. Gym ought to be larger, but pool and views are wonderful and how many other buildings have a private cinema with 25 seats !!?? When my dishwasher wasn't working, the building manager sorted it out at Meriton's expense. Glad I bought here.

This place is the worst place i have ever lived in, the security are very rude. we cant even sit in the lobby and was forced to leave the building even though we lived in it even though there are no signage. The air conditioner has broken down twice and took 3 months too fix. if you are looking to buy, dont buy a meriton apartment or you will be wasting your money away fixing things.
