Security is paramount - I can not even access another floor! However it is reassuring. Visitors can not access lift without resident key.
Views of river are great. Pool area is lovely and away from the building - good privacy but not bothering anyone.

Fantastic small ex woolstore complex, mostly owner occupied (properties rarely appear on the market), each level of apartments has its own driveway and level of parking (generous), high level of security and privacy, commercial sized lift, huge semi enclosed balconies, across the road from the teneriffe river walkway (and Macquarie One). Downside - unheated small pool, limited city/river views.

Great complex, small and private. Great position, huge balcony, across the road from the Brissie River.
